The Process
I’m thrilled you’re ready to challenge yourself and begin the process of discovering a life of purpose and happiness. So, how do we begin?
We set up a Free Discovery Session to introduce ourselves and determine if we would be a good match for a coaching relationship.
If we agree to work together, the next steps follow:
Decide on the number and frequency of coaching sessions.*
Set coaching dates that accommodate your schedule.
Decide how to meet (phone, videoconference, in-person).
Complete the New Client Questionnaire.
Finally, we’ll set a Coaching Agenda, which is driven by your needs and goals but builds on the momentum and objectives set during previous sessions.
* A minimum of five sessions is recommended as a starting point so that we have an opportunity to build a rapport and have time to clarify your vision, goals, and actionable next steps.
During our coaching sessions, we will explore and often revisit your:
Mindset
What do you believe about yourself? Do you feel worthy and deserving? How do you think others perceive you?
Vision
What is your highest and best version of yourself? Where do you want to be? Who do you want to be?
Intention
What steps are you taking to activate your vision?
Habits
What behaviors and practices are contributing to or undermining your ability to follow through on your intentions and realize your vision?
Associations
Which relationships are helping you grow and realize your full potential, and which are no longer serving you?
